Deborah is an experienced business executive and brings to our board 25 years of business, legal and corporate compliance governance experience gained within national and international retail, e-commerce, manufacturing, and technology companies. Deborah holds a B.A from the University of Toronto, an LL.B from the University of and a Certified Corporate Ethics and Compliance designation.
